Refund policy

Careeto Pro is a digital service that switches on as soon as your payment goes through, so all purchases are final and are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

If something goes wrong

• If you paid but Pro didn't switch on, or Pro doesn't work because of a problem on our side, email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout. We'll fix it, and if we can't, we'll refund you.
• If you were charged twice for the same pass, we'll refund the extra charge.

Nothing to cancel

Pro passes last one year and never renew, so you'll never be charged again unless you buy another pass.
